Dr Chamila Kulasekara

MBBS, FRACGP

Dr Chamila Kulasekara is the practice principal and a full time GP. She graduated from the University of Colombo, Sri Lanka in 1997. She moved to Australia in 1999. She has worked in Launceston General Hospital from 2001-2005. She has undertaken GP training in Tasmania and completed her FRACGP exam with the Gold medal in 2006. She has worked as a GP since 2005.

Dr Chamila values long term continuity care for her patients. She has built long term relationships with her patients. Dr Chamila will provide you all general practice care, preventative health needs and acute and chronic medical conditions.

Dr Chamila has a particular interest in women’s health including menopause and perimenopause. She is a member of the Australian Menopause Society. She is a passionate GP in providing the best care for her patients.

Dr Nicole Callen

B Med, BA [Psych] Hons, FRACGP

Dr Nicole Callen is a Newcastle local who graduated from The University of Newcastle in 2007, and obtained Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2011.

Providing comprehensive healthcare to patients of all ages, Dr Nicole focuses on preventative health, as well as the management of acute and chronic conditions. Dr Nicole values building strong, trusting relationships with her patients, providing an environment where they feel supported, informed, and confident in managing their health.

Dr Nicole has a particular interest in women’s health, including a focus on menopause and perimenopause. She is passionate about supporting women through these significant life transitions, offering compassionate care, evidence-based guidance, and tailored treatment options. She is a member of the Australasian Menopause Society.
